This Thursday (7), the family of Dayanne Rodrigues do Carmo Souza, ex-wife of goalkeeper Bruno Fernandes, reported her disappearance.
According to lawyer Rodrigo Cunha, Dayanne's current husband contacted his wife on her phone and asked if he had any news of his companion's whereabouts. Hours later, the husband returned saying he still had no news.
Through social media, the husband also released a poster with his wife's photo. “The family is desperate and any information could make a difference,” says the notice.
Rodrigo Cunha, who acts in several processes on behalf of Dayanne, said that the client did not report any problems or abnormalities the last time they spoke. “Her husband even sent me a message using her number, which indicates that she disappeared and didn’t take her cell phone,” he pointed out.
At the time of the Eliza Samúdio case, Dayanne would have stayed with Bruninho Samudio at the goalkeeper's place in Esmeraldas, in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte. At trial, however, she was cleared of the crime of kidnapping and false imprisonment of the child.
Dayanne Rodrigues do Carmo Souza and Bruno Fernandes had two daughters, who now live with her family in Minas Gerais.
The Civil Police have not yet commented on the case.
